Future Computing Group launched at HLRS

May 2025, we founded the now-established Future Computing Group under Dr. Johannes Gebert. The HLRS division investigates post-Moore exascale systems.

Since then, Dr. Gebert and his team have advanced into neuromorphic, photonic, and wafer-scale computing, publishing novel applications and algorithms for the future of HPC.
